Our clients are a young family originally wanting to improve the thermal integrity of their existing property, to provide a more comfortable and energy-efficient way of living whilst using the space they had to its maximum potential. After considerable exploration of ways to refurbish or remodel the existing house, and assessing the cost implications, our clients decided it would be more cost-effective to demolish the existing dwelling. Essentially giving them a blank canvas to work with. The proposed new dwelling has all the space they require, whilst costing very little in heating and providing maximum comfort of living.
