Years in the making. Our client bought the old property and surrounding land which already had planning permission for a dwelling on this site. Working meticulously with the architects, they designed something totally unique that suits their personal and working lifestyle and adds value to their business operations. In 2019 the old house was completely demolished, the site was cleared and the foundations poured ready for construction of this unique property right at the start of 2020. Set back on its own with beautiful surroundings off the beaten track, the property is one of a kind, right on the edge of the Peak District. Our client's vision was for a property sensitive to the environment that provided a high standard of comfortable living. The property has been constructed meticulously with attention to detail at every stage, using fully sustainable materials throughout. It would be completely self-sufficient, meaning that in later years they could live totally off-grid if they wished.
