The brief for this family's project was simple. More space, modern and minimalistic. This home needed to work for its owners both individually and as a family. After almost three years of working closely with the family and the relevant professionals, works commenced early in 2022 to extensively extend, completely refurbish and re-roof this family home. The result gives the occupants much more space, light and a huge open-plan modern way of living with technology incorporated throughout the design. New access and driveway to the front of the property involved the removal of approximately 4,000 tons of soil, trees and shrubbery. New brickwork boundary walls to the front and rear, plus new automated electric gates.
